When First Due is the better fit
If you need a records management system — NFIRS or NERIS reporting, ePCR, pre-plans, inspections, hydrants, apparatus checks, scheduling — you need an RMS, and Rescue Hub is not one. We don’t do any of that and we’re not planning to. If your department is replacing that whole stack at once and wants a single vendor behind all of it, First Due is a serious product and you should look at it closely. Rescue Hub is for departments whose records system is fine and whose training records aren’t.
