Rescue Hub LLC takes copyright violations seriously and will respond to properly formatted infringement notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through our website infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- A description of where the infringing material is located on the website
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notification is accurate
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- A description of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the infringement notification
Under the DMCA, content may be restored if no court action is filed within ten (10) business days of the counter-notification.
False Claims
Knowingly making false infringement claims or counter-claims may result in damages, costs, and attorney fees under DMCA Section 512(f). Please ensure that your notification or counter-notification is accurate before submitting.
Repeat Infringers
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers at its sole discretion.
