You Know This Software.
That Beats Any Salesperson I Could Hire.

You already use Rescue Hub. You know how it works inside and out, you know how your department uses it, and you know how it holds up on a real training night. That makes you more credible to another department than any salesperson I could hire.

There are thousands of departments still running training on spreadsheets, paper task books, or something expensive they hate. Many have never heard of Rescue Hub. I’m looking for people already inside this world to change that.

The Ground Rules

This only works if it’s clean, so:

You can only earn on departments that aren’t already Rescue Hub customers.

You will never be paid anything connected to your own department’s contract, purchase, or renewal — not commission, not a referral bonus, nothing. Hard line.

You need written approval from your department before you start.

Most departments require it for outside work, especially with a vendor. Get it in writing first. If your department says no, that’s the end of it — no hard feelings.

No quota, no timesheet — but this takes real effort.

Nobody’s tracking your hours and I’m not going to chase you for a weekly number. What I do expect is that you actually work it. This isn’t “sign up, text five buddies, and go quiet.” It’s building a contact list for your region, working the phones and the email, following up with the ones who said “maybe next budget cycle,” and keeping at it. There’s no required time commitment, but be realistic: doing this well probably takes 15–25 hours a week. The people who make real money here will be the ones who treat it like a route they run, not a lottery ticket. If that’s not the kind of time you’ve got right now, no hard feelings — just don’t sign up.

People Trust the Person Who’s Worn the Gear

Not the vendor in the polo shirt. And you’ve got something even a former firefighter I hired wouldn’t have: you actually use this software, today, in a real department.

Your relationships and your credibility are the fastest path this product has to growth. I’ll give you the tools, the demo account, and the product knowledge. You bring the network and the trust.

Run Your Region

Own deals end to end

At the start, your job is contact: get the conversation started, make the introduction, get them interested. From there we work it together — I’ll handle contracts and the parts you haven’t done before. As you get comfortable, you take on more: running the pitch, handling objections, closing it yourself. I’ll give you the training and materials to get sharp at it. How fast you take over is up to you.

Start with your network, then go beyond it

Your relationships are the fastest first wins. But you’ll also work departments you don’t know yet — and being a fire service insider is exactly what makes that cold outreach land.

Cold-call and cold-email departments across your region

And beyond it. You’ll open the conversation as a peer, not a telemarketer.

Run your own demos

We’ll set you up with a demo account built for this, so you’re never pulling up your own department’s live data in front of another agency. But you can absolutely speak to how your department uses it.

Work the real fire service buying cycle

The training officer, the chief, the budget process — and drive it forward instead of waiting on it.

Work regional clusters

Land one department, then close the neighbors on the peer proof.

Feed the field back to me

What departments need, why they hesitate, what would close more deals.

Track your leads in Pipedrive

Log your contacts and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks. Simple system, easy to learn — I’ll get you set up.

You Get Paid for Booked Demos and for Closed Deals

Paid per qualified demo

You get paid for every qualified demo you book

Not just for closed deals. Get a real decision-maker at a department that isn’t already a customer on the calendar for a demo, and you get paid for it — whether or not it turns into a contract. We’ll go over what counts as qualified before you start, so there’s no guesswork.

Commission

Commission on every new department you help close

A share of the first-year contract value on every new department that signs with your help. We go over the exact numbers together before you start — nothing hidden, nothing that changes on you later.

Uncapped

No ceiling

There’s no cap and no territory limit on what you can earn. The bigger your network works for you, the bigger it pays.

Nothing you earn is ever tied to your own department. See the ground rules.

The Fit I’m Looking For

You currently use Rescue Hub and know it well

Training officer, company officer, chief, admin, or a firefighter who’s in it every week. You can speak to it from experience, not a sales sheet.

You’ll work a list, not just your contacts

Your own network is the fastest first win, but it runs out. This role means building a contact list for your region and actually working it — the departments you know and the ones you don’t.

You follow up

Most departments won’t say yes the first time. They’ll say “maybe next budget cycle.” The money in this role is in the person who circles back three months later, not the person who sent one email and moved on.

You’re comfortable with early-stage hustle

Some of this you’ll figure out as you go. That should sound fun, not stressful.

You’d honestly recommend Rescue Hub to a friend

If you wouldn’t, don’t sign up. This only works if you see value in the product.

You’re willing to learn to sell

You don’t need a sales background or a track record of closing — you need to be coachable and hungry. We’ll provide the training and tools you need to be successful.

Common Questions

No. This is part-time and built around a full-time fire service career. You work your own region on your own schedule.

Then that’s the end of it, and there are no hard feelings. Written approval from your department comes first, every time. I would rather lose an ambassador than put someone sideways with their chief.

No. Never. Not commission, not a demo payment, not a referral bonus — nothing tied to your own department’s contract, purchase, or renewal. That is a hard line and it is what keeps this clean for you and for me.

No. Credibility is the part I can’t teach, and you already have it from using this in a real department. Selling I can teach, and we’ll provide the training and tools you need to be successful. What I need is that you’re coachable and that you actually put the time in.

Never. You get a demo account built for this purpose, with realistic sample data, so another agency’s people are never looking at your department’s records. You can still speak to how your department uses it — that’s the whole point.

There’s no quota, no timesheet, and no required time commitment — but this is not passive income. Realistically, being successful at this will probably take 15–25 hours a week. The ambassadors who do well will treat it like a route they run — a contact list, regular calls and emails, and disciplined follow-up on the departments that said “maybe next budget cycle.” If you don’t have that kind of time right now, it’s better not to sign up.

Yes. Rescue Hub operates in both the US and Canada, and ambassadors are welcome in either country.
